Business Voice Lines

Business Voice Lines provide an alternate service for PaeTec T-1s and services to outlying branch locations with individual business lines. PaeTec Voice Lines offer additional custom calling features and applications that consumers can select and add to their Voice Line Package for more cost-effective deals.

Local Business Lines

PaeTec also offers Local Business Lines for conventional telephone services in analog or digital form. Analog lines provide local dial tones and numbers in traditional phone technology at very affordable rates. PaeTec Local Business Lines offer some of the most affordable rates in the market today on local measured service, as well as options for flat-rate service, and include features such as call waiting, call forwarding, and caller ID.

Local DOD Trunks

PaeTec Local Services offers Local Direct Outward Dialing Trunks in analog or digital form. Their Direct Outward Dial (DOD) Trunks are capable of carrying outbound calls from existing PBX systems to any point in the world. These DODs are also capable of transmitting outgoing long distance calls to any local exchange carrier.

Local DID Trunks

PaeTec Direct Inward Dialing (DID) Trunk services are offered in an analog or digital basis, and allow clients to transport incoming calls directly to their local private branch exchanges in order to be routed to its intended recipient. Individual numbers are provided for each telephone unit in a network, dispensing the need for local switchboard management and intervention. PaeTec Local services offers competitive rates and additional discounts for DID number blocks.

Two-Way Trunks

Two-Way Trunks come in analog or digital form and allow quick and easy management of outbound and inbound calls. Customers can combine trunk groups for both DID and DOD services for maximum network efficiency. Inbound calls can be directed to terminate either at an operator’s interface or directly to private, individual extensions.

Primary Rate Interface T-1 (PRI)

PRI services are recommended for companies requiring massive transmissions of data. PRIs utilize 23 channels for inbound and outbound calling and a ā€˜D’ channel for signaling information faster. PRI services provide clients with the quickest, most reliable deliveries of Automatic Number Identification (ANI) and Dialed Number Identification Service (DNIS). Clients can allocate PRI trunks in any combination they desire whether DOD, DID, or Two-Way Trunks. In addition, consumers can mix and match local and long distance requirements along with Internet connectivity on a single access line for maximum network efficiency and productivity.

Teleblock Outbound Call Screening Solution

PaeTec Local Services provides a specialized call compliance solution referred to as TeleBlock. TeleBlock is an outbound call screening solution that allows users to block call functions for businesses requiring call blocking capabilities. TeleBlock call screening service employs a centralized database to detect if potential customers are included in a Do-Not-Call (DNC) list as compared to “Do-Not-Call” prospects.
